Final image here, twins together united in love of cream teas.

This is the rough I would like to go with. Outline of a spoon on both sides with women tucked up like babies in womb. Around them I want to do different coloured circles representing different jam, apricot -yellowy, strawberry -red etc. but all looking kind of organic and biological. I want the circles kind of gathering around the spoons flat as though we are viewing cross-section.

I had a few different ideas, flipping the women as annoying the big wasps, women tangoing in a big spoon on the way to scoop up some jam, then women in a cd with mess of jam and scones. I liked the cd/ circle one because it communicated that they were twins in a better way. I thought maybe I'll just make it a cd with a jam design inside case. This was a bit static and didn't take full advantage of the medium.

Final image here. The main challenge was to try to get the dancer looking feminine enough. As per draft feedback, stick men are transplanted to the audience and I used scale. The background is from a desert as the large woman reminded me of a mirage or genie.
