Finished illustration here, took a bit of designing to get perspective of carriage, men in foreground and big enough 'conversation' cloud into square frame. Helped to do 3 separate layers in this respect. The men I got from some wrestler profiles off internet! Hence dodgy moustache. When painting the men I used a plastic knife instead of brush to make them 'rougher', but could go even more exaggerated in future. My illustration is quite figurative, not crazily abstract - maybe that's how I do it and when elements come together it becomes abstract, or maybe I should experiment getting it more pared down and direct. I have to say I enjoyed doing this.
